Definitely will not be shopping here anymore. My first visit in store was great. Picked up a couple pairs of shoes and the guy who helped us out was very helpful and friendly. So I decided to order from there online store since I'm not in the CA area. I placed an order on 7/20/16 for 2 pairs of shoes and items came in a timely manner. But when I opened the box, I noticed that on one pair of shoes the sizing was completely wrong. The left shoe was a 9.5 and the right shoe was a 10.5. So I emailed them right away letting them know what happened. Got a reply back from Michael Guerra saying that he was going to get that corrected but never heard anything back from him. Finally after speaking to Jeremy for a month I got my money back 8/21/16 and they didn't even refund me my shipping. Ended up paying $25 for shipping on 1 pair of shoes. What a joke. Obviously this place don't care much about there customer. What a waste of my time having to deal...

I recently purchased the New Balance x Joe freshgoods 990v4 intro from here… and I received them in the mail yesterday… I was highly impressed in the effort to make sure the sneakers were not damaged during its route… I usually buy sneakers from Goat, Stock x, flight club… places like that and you’ll always open a box and it’s just the sneakers in their box… but The Mag Park!! Made sure to wrap the box of sneakers in paper with tape! Then took it and put it into a nice fiber bag and tied it from the handles… I was highly impressed and very pleased… so thank you Mag park & Mikey (which I’ve spoken to before thru the fitted community) I will definitely...

These guys sell FAKE shoes my son saved up 300 to buy a pair of yeezys and after about a month wanted to trade them in so we took them to another shoe store. And we're told they couldn't verify they were real. We used the check check app and they didn't pass. he took them to another shoe place and they showed him how they were fakes they even scanned the box and even though the description said coppers the bar code came up as beluga. We took them back to mag park and they wouldn't give him a refund or even store credit. I hope the 300 dollars was worth all the kids at school knowing mag park...
