I am so sad about this product! I have recently become obsessed with the coffee toppers foam and have ranted to friends and family about how much money I save skipping popular coffee chains and making better coffee at home. Until last week..I bought a can of coffee topper (almost $5, by the way) only to have it not dispense anything but air and then nothing. I was annoyed and sad that no coffee toppers this week. Shopped for the week last night and bought another, AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED. No cream, only air. So I call the company, customer service... no one answers and the MAILBOX IS FULL! I wonder why!! So now I have wastes $10 on something I won't get to enjoy, and I'm honestly upset enough to never buy again. You lost a customer who jot only gave almost $40 a month to this product, but all the people at my work that I turned on to these when they were great.

1 because I could'nt give zero ! First of all, I don't generally write reviews- its rare and only if someplace IS GREAT OR AWFUL. Well, this WAS AWFUL. I could and did tolerate the tight lot. I can even tolerate a shipper taking 3,4 ,5 hours to load as LONG AS DETENTION IS PAID AS AGREED. Well, BROKER TRIDENT TRANSPORT SAID DETENTION WAS PAID AFTER 2 HOURS ! I was there , from appt time 4.5 hrs! UPDATED BROKER CONTINUOUSLY AND AND WAS BEING TRACKED ON A TRACKING APP- IN/OUT TIMES FULLY VERIFIABLE. BROKER WAITED AND WAITED( CLAIMING THEIR SLOW, ITS NORMAL) on approval from Alamance for detention. DENIED ! THEY LIED AND SAID I LEFT 3 HOURS BEFORE I DID ! Waited a week AND THEN DENIED DETENTION WITH LIE ABOUT COMPLETION TIME ! STAY AWAY! DO NOT GET USED AND ABUSED...

This was a super nice and easy place to find and get into. My appointment time was 1500. I arrived 1130 and was put in a door. Had paperwork in hand after about 90 min. Everyone was super friendly. There are free snacks and drinks for the drivers. Which is awesome. Wish there were some sugar free options. As I had gastric bypass and can’t have all the sugary snacks. Just don’t be gluttonous and greedy. Clean bathrooms and just a general great place. Wish more places like this location!!!
