Great store. It's clean, smells great and have cheap prices. One night, a very nice customer service greated me, it was very different from the other stores that I used to go. I couldn't help it, so I had to go back and asked for her name and chat with her. She was so wonderful and her name is Kayla, the nicest human we need in this hearth. Since then that's my favorite store. I am not from here but from Africa she and her team made me feel comfortable. Thank you Fairheaven store! Keep doing...

Just saw an employee dump mop water directly into the stormwater runoff system. Hoping there's no chemicals in there because that water doesn't get treated.
