Love Inc — Local services in Burlington

Ugh. I usually love this place. They do have a great selection for good prices, but a few of the workers are really rude. Before driving 30 minutes to get there I looked online to see what time they close, which said 530. So my daughter and I headed out and arrived at about 10 to 5. Right when we walked in one worker, seemingly annoyed, stated "Uh, we close in 5 minutes". I was pretty taken aback by her attitude and informed her that the website states 530 amd that I had just driving 30 minutes to get there. So responded, again with attitude, that the site is wrong and I have 5 minutes to be out of the store. My daughter and I started rushing through looking for the items we went there for. I found about 6 pair of pants for my daughter and told her to go through them to make sure she likes them so I could try to find an outfit for my younger daughters camping theme for school the next day. The lady then rushed my 10 year old to look through her pants and as soon as she was done cane and told me that I need to check out. It was about 502. The lady at the register had heard everything and she apologized to me, which I appreciate, but I found the other lady to be very rude and unprofessional. I have seen other stores employees try ro assist customers at closing time or simply just be patient and wait for them to finish, but I have never seen, heard of, or whitnessed an employee at any store rushing and demanding a customer to...

Always greeted with a friendly smile. They help you in what ever way they can, from food pantry, Holiday food baskets, Christmas/Yule ( what ever it is you celebrate) gifts, for anyone with a minor child in the home (but you'll have to sign up for basically everything they help you with). They will provide so many item's of clothing for each family member registered on your account free ,I believed once a year or maybe every 6 MO. They help me when I need it which isn't too often, and I return the favour by donating back to the food pantries, Furniture and Kids Store. Awesome place if you're in need for whatever reason. Very nice store, but there is 1 HUGE PROBLEM!! There are great employees, however there are always 1 or 2 employees that dont no the meaning of customer service. I have never been so shocked on how they treated a customer. All the other employees new the other 2 where rude (above and beyond, should have been fired on the spot) and would apologize very quietly but would not say 1 single thing to the rude employees. Come on now, if you want a good business weed out your bad people. I would explain what happened but it all boiled down to 15 min before closing time. Im sure u can figure...
