Giving 1 star because 0 was not an option. They catered our wedding (375 guests), or atleast they tried. Bride had to beg the manager to fullfill the napkin/silerware folding agreement the day before the wedding. Ran out of 4 of the 5 dishes and blamed it on us TO THE GUESTS. Did not leave the extra mostocolli in our cooler as agreed upon. Offered it to us 4 days later (why did they still have it, pretty sure that's a health code violation) Ran into a vehicle when leaving. Bussed two tables while the guests were in buffet line (had no extra silverware for them). Skipped 2 tables releasing for buffet line. Tables were not bussed until hours after dinner. Hit bride in head with box of cupcakes (accident w.e.). 2 guests complained of workers hitting on them. The manager had promised to be there, she only showed up after the vehicle accident not dressed in wedding attire stayed long enough to photo bomb a couple of our wedding photos. You think she would have been there knowing she was understaffed. (unknowingly she asked two people we know to work our wedding 2 days before it) When confronted after the wedding manager did nothing to make it right, and denied most of it.
It was the most miss managed, understaffed catastrophe I've seen from such a well known business. Do not let them cater your wedding, they are not what they used to be. And If you eat there i hope your not eating someone's leftovers from a wedding 4...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I were staying at the Hampton Inn in Burlington and wanted to celebrate his birthday by staying in with a nice dinner. He loves Italian and I suggested Napoli’s as in the past you’ve been great. This experience was absolutely terrible. We had nothing good to say about the quality of food that was delivered to our hotel room. We order the fettuccine Alfredo, the lasagna ravioli, the calamari, and the pollo fresco. Every single thing tasted like it had been a frozen meal heated in a microwave. The flavors were bland or nonexistent. The cheese garlic bread…. Did you just microwave the cheese on a loaf of Italian bread? There was no flavor and the bread wasn’t even toasted/baked. The chicken patty that came with my pollo fresco was absolutely a frozen Patty. No flavor, not tender, all around not good. The calamari was over cooked and chewy. The chicken that came with the Alfredo was diced and didn’t looked grilled. Reminded me of chicken you get from subway case for sandwiches. The ravioli was the only decent thing and even that was subpar. For over $100 worth of food we were highly disappointed! Disappointed is an understatement. Napolis has always been great. After this experience I will never go back or recommend them again. Money lost for food I could have made...
Read moreI can’t say enough good things about our experience at Napoli’s in Burlington, WI. From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting ambiance made us feel right at home. The soft lighting, cozy atmosphere, and charming Italian decor set the perfect tone for an enjoyable evening.
We both ordered the lasagna, and it was nothing short of exceptional. Perfectly layered with rich, flavorful sauce, creamy ricotta, and just the right amount of cheese—every bite was a delight. You can tell they take pride in their homemade recipes, and it truly shines through.
For dessert, we indulged in the Sicilian wedding cake, and wow—what a treat! Light, moist, and bursting with flavor, it was the perfect sweet ending to an already fantastic meal.
A huge shoutout to our server, Cody, who provided outstanding service. Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, he made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. It’s clear that Napoli’s values both quality food and exceptional hospitality.
If you’re in Burlington and looking for a top-notch Italian meal in a welcoming setting, Napoli’s is the place to go! We’ll...
