i purchased a $36 hookah..(yes i know how to work one im 32yrs old) it would not smoke any cesha and worse of all the hoses leaked water(in my mouth)..i was told to speak with owner..so i went in a few days later and tried to explain to him that this brand new hookah did not work.he shoved hoses in and sayd that it pulls..as if he was belittling my personal experince with the hookah..(i really tried everything) i def wasnt looking for money back(considering all staff reminded me no refunds) i would have settled for an in store credit however the response i got was "we are not walmart"..now i have this thing that still leaks AND NO IM NOT PUTTING TOO MUCH WATER IN IT and wont smoke(meaningZERO-NADA- NO smoke comes out)..my friends as my witness this Hookah i purchased at the PURPLE PEDDLER is def a piece of shyt and i recommend or warn others to be careful of cheap imitators... the attitude of the owner was uncalled for and the way he treated me like i was 18yrs old...(32) i was def not "trying to get money back to go party".money was really not the issue with ME.it was that i bought something that DOES NOT WORK...anyway you should at least work on better customer service if anything..i will NOT recommend the purple peddler...a REAL tobacco shops are cheaper, have more variety on products and focuses on making sure the customers are happy and will come back and spread the word...PURPLE PEDDLER IS NOT ONE OF THE PLACES I WOULD GO BACK TO OR...

It's definitely a nice convenient place to go grab something for your.....needs. They even have good ol' classic tunes playing while you shop....

My buddy was going to rent a u-haul until he had to deal with that guy. I will tell everyone I know to go any where else as long as dude still works there. Not trying to be a butthead, this has been going on for years and it's getting worse. I know this is one of many complaints about this guy. We'll see...
