I’ve constantly had issues with the system that was installed. I was told that the planet audio system was equivalent to the JBL system originally installed in my 2007 Camry. I asked about not hearing anything from my back speaker. Even though I made sure the back speakers were the only thing turned on. Was told that was connected. Went back to voice my concerns and was dismissed because I felt like because of not being Hispanic. So heads up, if you don’t speak Spanish you might get a run around. This place is a complete waste of time and money. Not only did they sell me speakers that blew a week later. also took a week to figure out why nothing work. I have attached pictures from where they broke the wire input cord and instead of replacing it they just taped it and ran it off of one wire. DO NOT GO HERE. there is a reason they have a three star. Update it won’t upload pictures. But trust. Go...

I took my car here to get a dash cam removed and never got all my parts back. Now I have to try to find replacement parts if I want to use this dashcam again! Do not go here if you plan to transfer a dash cam to another vehicle.

Edit: the store is insisting I received all the parts back but clearly I did not if the unopened bag didn't have my cords when I took it to a different place to have it...
