DO NOT DRINK THE KOOL-AID!!!!!

It took me over 6 months, and over $8,000 in traveling to seminars/conventions to realize what my husband said when I took him to a "Hotspot" meeting WAS true: they're a cult/pyramid scheme.

And, in my humble opinion, the ONLY TIME to involve G-d in this type of business is when you're praying for that big policy that you just wrote to go through!!!

I did NOT shell out over $2,500/seminar-convention to be preached to about Jesus. If I wanted that, I can go to any of the many local churches in my area.

And by the way, Mr. Goad: Jesus could NOT have been the Messiah because: 1) If his Father truly was G-d, then he would NOT have been from the "House of David". Because, while it's true that for someone to be Jewish, their Mother must be Jewish. But, the tribe that the child belongs to depends on the Father. And 2) Jesus did NOT do everything that the Messiah is supposed to do. (And if you want to play the "He'll finish the other qualifying factors when he returns" card, show me where in the OLD Testament it says that the Messiah dies and then comes back to finish fulfilling the prophecies made of him....) Examples: Fully rebuilding the Temple. No more sickness or death. No more wars. And the ENTIRE WORLD will worship the G-d of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

Are you guys running an Insurance Company or a Church???

The last straw that made me finally leave the company was when I asked my Upline Manager to help me with a married couple who each wanted $1 MILLION Whole Life Insurance Policies. And he stole them from me. He went there the day before my scheduled appointment with them and sold them the policies from under me. And I refuse to have anything to do with a company that will let things like that happen w/o any type of repercussions or...

This company will not respond to me regarding a release and there is no one to contact directly besides email and they still don’t reply. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism this company has shown. I’ve never sold any products with the company yet I need a release to sell for another agency and they are intentionally ignoring my emails, voice messages, and phone calls. It’s been 3 weeks since the initial request and I’ve sent several emails and nobody has yet to update me with the process. I even emailed the CEO assistant misty and I gotten no reply from her as well. I discussed my concerns about the lack of communication. And their commission structure is horrible which is why I never sold any products. Sad I had to write a review just to get some form of a reply regarding this situation. And please don’t tell me to call because y'all do not answer and if contracting answers they tell u that the release department only communicates via email yet they don’t reply. Yall got my number and email call or email me!

I’m not the only agent having this problem from reading reviews I can see. Smh sad

Update: As of today 7/18/2025 I still have yet to receive any form of communication from this company. I will be reporting...

I guess some people make good money with that group, and I know it's what you do to make it. As someone new, they have go through courses online to prepare you, and then to reach higher levels you have to buy courses that they made. Then you have to buy leads that they generate. Then whatever you sell the upper management gets a piece.

You see the pattern right? They will also have you attend seminars that are expensive to hear from senior sales agents in the field. For new people that are looking to make money or start new in the insurance field, I don't recommend these guys. They'll bleed you dry out of money and encourage to use credit cards and throw all your money into it.

If you want a career as an agent and you were lied to by someone there, try a place that pays for your licensing and pays you while you train. Places like Sitel Group, Sutherland, Teleperformance or Ttec can do that when they're hiring for it. And the support is much better, they don't ask you to buy leads or pay for training, they do that and pay you. Then license you in all 50 states, pay for your license, the test, the materials to study, the even coach you to make...
