Additionally, the Thyme & Spice offers a few lunch specials. Today I had their Fajita Salad Bowl, which featured a generous mix of chicken, corn, brown rice, tomatoes, bell peppers, greens and queso fresco, topped with their homemade ginger carrot vinaigrette. It was delicious!

Thyme & Spice Company is a must-visit for foodies and spice enthusiasts! My boyfriend ordered the fajita salad bowl, and I went with the burger. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. The burger was so good that I almost ordered a second one right there on the spot!

The service was just as impressive as the food. The staff were super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming.

Awesome little gem in Burlington! We like to come here for their food — specifically for their cheese burger with bacon and speciality salads like their Thai Noodle or Prosciutto & Mozzarella. They also have a nice selection of natural sodas and kombuchas. While you wait, you can also peruse their amazing selection of spices, salts, oils, speciality food items, maple syrups, and some home goods.
