Don't expect Pickleball courts or walking trails at this park, because it is dinky with a capital "D". There is a concrete pebbled platform, three benches, a water fountain, one of those Old-Timey viewing machines (free to use), and a railing to keep you from tumbling down the incline and into the retaining fence below. There's also a picnic table, but I'm not quite sure if that's part of the park or the house next door. In any case, while the park may be small the view is enormous. You can see for miles down the Mississippi, from the marina to the wooded islands and beyond. In the wintertime when the trees are all "naked", you'll get a bonus view of the nearby Great River Bridge. Maybe you'll get lucky and see a barge sailing down the river. It's definitely worth a stop any time...
