I should take a star for the : no open flame/ charcoal fire/ cooking: if without a electric or contained propane/ LP or butane device! If not 3 :"gas" grills are for -"your use" near the shuffle board / tennis courts/ swimming pool areas!

TANKS- disconnected, rustedcorroded connections and empty? Cooking grids/ burners, interior & exterior covered in grease, food residue, ashes, dead insects, "wire brush" bristles and cooking grid " shavings" from previous scrapings. The " persons" in charge ✓ of them were not available & the persons who provide and/ or can refill the tanks ~ were unavailable. We considered buying a few : " small pony tank(s) to connect to :after cleaning, connecting regulation, pressure/ leak testing and burn off - cleaning the burners/ grids/ interior, as suggested but ∆ ?

We have a interior LP - electric induction & micro wave for cooking and a infrared heater if necessary at night ( with illuminated framework .) As a faux campfire- which was allowed. We found a portable/ wheeled / convertible - " COLEMAN" grill , on sale that should be compatable with the current curriculum and can be fed by a regular LP propane grill tank - " pony 1lb tanks" or a hose extention with is own gages regulator ( also on sale) with redundant safeties & protection to wed to your onboard LP tanks or LP units ports? ~cooks good too , FYI)

OPTIONS ARE - INCREDIBLE! WAL-MART, A mom & pop type breakfast but/lunch & dinner RESTAURANT within walking AND 3 POLICE/ FIRST RESPONDERS WERE EATING BREAKFAST { for them.it could have been lunch break/ dinner time} - AN Asian - sit in/ carry out restaurant nearby, a BRAND NEW ( yet unopened ' at that time but) TRUCK STOP with a restaurant & a snack area, a Mexican restaurant in walking or short drive next to an RV Sales & Service dealer, a BBQ restaurant ( short drive) two gas stations with - ice / snacks & necessities.

Add to all of that! Nice people, prices, full or partial hook ups, well lit ( VERY HIGH LIGHTS - for he little flying critter's to enjoy by themselves, high above us, quiet at night, great CLEAN hot hot water showers and ••• friend management ( pay the dime and register direct~ and/ or confirm for better direct communication and EXTRA information! 8-)

You may consider asking for a ' E-MAIL/ PDF or snail mail of their latest newsletter , info sheat/ map etc. In advance too? If not; we've been to much worse but fewer better?

If you're : Foot print is a bit long, there's several parking areas to ( parking pass) your tow vehicle or perhaps TOAD for short term and pehaps other ' arrangements for longer term?)

MANAGEMENT: promised the situation never happened before and will never happen again! Several tanks will be available and one or more people will be able to service the :" new/ replacement grills" and the no personnel cooking/ small fires prohibition" will be - considered/ re- considereded with reasonable REGULATIONS/ limits or allowable EQUIPTMENT - and/ or on a :" case by case" basis! Permanent/ full time - residents have more specific long term procedures but short term considerations must be - more flexible and APPROPRIATE but a lower threshold and limits to generally protect everybody! I/ you/ they will see/ experience a vast improvement in transparency & clarity. Okay, we'll find out. Probably before the peak season; ...

Was there for 3 weeks with full hookups , pools,entertainment but that's all on the Web page: what's not is the friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff treatment & tespect. We are new to the RV universe? Let's just say we don't know what we don't know yet. By confessing that they were willing ready and able to simplify and translate mysterious to us but common knowledge to them. The was alway someone next you that would share hints &jelp. Clean, operational private showers, clean pletful water and constant electrical supply. Note: the camp was off season and not full but their equipment is more than adequate for a full site operation in addition more than half the site has "full timers" and permanent residents. There is a RV store across the street and a WALMART within actual walking distance! There was a new truck / RV SERVICE CENTER while we were there and should be fully operational BEFRE the season begins.

New or old timers we would recommend this place, location and people to. Not to mention TAMPA BAY is nearby and they even offer day trips there?

Great time but we are going back in October~November and they are recommending reservations NOW! With a week or longer stay , we plan ,they were strongly recimmended, perhaps due to our inexperiance: wanting full hookups, easier pull threw spot for out handicap needs. That said: even the furthest away (from the main complex) is reachable and level or they offer "golf cart " like transport (s) if needed. There are stairs and ramps or other means to get to almost ever place as easily as for anyone else, once you get there you'll see. Need or not. I give it this review not knowing ever campground in the world as a newbie but: it was as advertised and more, even more for a newbie. So I will hope to find EVERY place we...

Checked in Jan 2, 2020. $ 2,082.00 thru March 31. I stayed the month of January, turned off everything but the refrigerator and left my coach on #D 11 . I went to Miami for medical reasons on February 1. Returned back to blueberry hill March 10 th. When I returned I went to pay for my electric. The first month they said was 178.00 dollars, the month I was GONE was 128.00 dollars. I told them it had to be wrong that I didn’t have anything but the refrigerator on. I asked them to come and check the meter. They said my inverter used that much electricity?? Really ? My friend that stayed in the park that entire time their January bill was 98.00 dollars. And the following months theirs was less than mine. The spacing is very tight, google it and look. If you sit outside you are right on top of your neighbors sewer pipe. If you like motorcycle noise everyday, this is where you want to be. My neighbors were nice. I spoke to them a total of maybe one hour in the weeks I was there. I left earlier than paid for. Left on March 17th. As I went to check out they wouldn’t let me in the office as the beginning of the virus was on the news. I had a deposit for my mail box key. I mailed the key back to them a few days later. No refund on the deposit. There is no shade on the sites. I think the facilities were nice but I never used them. It’s kind of not friendly to want to participate! I would never return to blueberry hill. I really think they are just out for the big money ! Winter in Florida you open your wallet for sure. I honest feel like I was robbed on the electric but they wouldn't budge. I don’t like dishonesty. So my review is not nice but...
