Best butcher in Colorado and the only one I will go to and I live on the Springs. My son in law harvested a pronghorn and we found out after harvesting that all the butchers in Colorado Springs were closed on Mondays DURING HUNTING SEASON, can you believe it?

This is how we found Hilltop. They are open 7 days a week but are very popular, so the only reason he wont take your animal is if his freezer is full.

I just harvested a buck out of Northwest Colorado and I drove it all the way down to Hilltop because its the only place I will take my harvest now. If I could rate him 10 out of 5 stars, I would. Excellent service, great availability, friendly people and masters at their craft.

The customer service is like none other! Fast, reliable and quality work. We have taken our animals to several other processors in the years, and been disappointed. They are so friendly, always take the time to greet you and answer any questions you have. We walked in as customers and left as friends. They have a very down home vibe, which is something my husband and I absolutely love.

In the last year they have processed 5 animals for us, 1 Elk, 2 deer, and 2 steers. All animals were cut and packaged exactly as I requested. In my experience of 10 years of having animals almost never happens! I definitely recommend Hilltop to all our friends and customers!
