Every time I went in owner was business like but very curt. I had picked our my items left them to fire. Picked a day to bring girls in to paint them and called to make sure what open table was. She said 10-2 but at 2:00 she had s group coming. We came in girls excited and she said no we have group in an hour. I said but we are excited to do these and she said no we couldn’t finish in an hour. She and someone just going to sit there for an hour with no one working on anything. Poor customer service or any kindness at all. So NO more going there. I just moved from Kansas City where customer service is number one. I have lived here for 10 years and never had a reason to know that this place even existed until my recent pet passed away... I received a voucher to have a clay paw print fired. I've never seen an advertisement for this store before. Going inside for the first time was amazing! The lady that helped me was very kind! We stayed and looked at the other products that are also amazing and we will be back! Their hours of operation are very minimal though - only open 2 days a week Friday and Saturday! Horrible owner. Sold stuff to my mom (way more expensive of course than other places), charged her to fire them, and told her she could bring her granddaughters (my daughters) today anytime before 2 when she had a class. They showed up right at 1 and she told them ‘sorry, I have a class in an hour’. Sounds like a lazy owner taking advantage of a small town clientele to me. Won’t be going...
