My phone froze while in video recording mode. Nothing worked. It wouldn't stop recording, couldn't even turn my phone off. Completely froze. Employees were very nice upon entering the store. This man had my phone in his hands for about 20 seconds and had it working. I went to my car to get my wallet, he said not to worry and that I owed him nothing. I still went and got my wallet and went back in and set 20 bucks on the counter and told him if he didn't take it I would just buy something anyway.

As far as the bad reviews on here. I'm inclined to believe that majority are from ppl trying to scam him and he's not putting up with anyone's crap, which I wouldn't either, especially in that type of business. If you came in my place of business disrespecting me then expect disrespect back. I'm not saying he's disrespectful at all, the man was extremely nice. He fixed my phone in a matter of seconds by pressing the buttons in a certain pattern, so he obviously knows what he's doing. That doesn't mean he's perfect, but he obviously has skills. If you have a problem I suggest going here. If they can't fix it or maybe they make a mistake, don't immediately blow your top. Treat them like he treated me when I first walked in the store and you'll most likely have a better experience if more work is needed on your device. Not many ppl want to work with customers who immediately go in 'the customer is always right' mode.

Y’all!! These people are absolutely amazing!!!!! My iPhone keep turning on and off constantly, and it kept giving me a notification saying that the phone does not recognize the battery. I use my phone to work and without it, I cannot make any money. I was freaking out because my financial situation is not great right now. When I went to this repair shop, the guy gave me a very reasonable price to help me fix my battery and change it out. It only took him 30 minutes to fix it and thank God it finally works again! I am extremely grateful for this business and for the gentlemen that helped me today. Without them, I wouldn’t be able to work at all because there’s no way I can afford a brand new phone. I love their customer service and their compassion of wanting to help me. Later on when I got home, I was playing around on my phone and I noticed that the crack on my screen protector was gone 👀 I kept examining my screen very closely to see if I was missing something here 🤣. I called them and asked if they changed my screen protector because I don’t see the crack anymore and they said that they did. 💖 I highly highly recommend this company for any phone repair needs that you may have you will absolutely not be disappointed. They will definitely be getting my business from now on, I won’t use anybody...

Took my iPhone 12 Pro Max here for a screen replacement about 7 months ago. Worked fine up until just a couple days ago when all of a sudden the screen went black. I took it back but was a month and 4 days over the warranty. Was told that I needed another screen replacement so once they replaced the screen they called me and told me the screen was still not working and it wasn’t a screen issue but a motherboard issue. Told me the phone was useless and would offer me $70 for the camera part. I took it to the Apple Store in Little Rock for a second opinion and they replaced the screen and it worked like new.
