This establishment violates the door dash covid policies, they are belligerent with the door dash drivers, they violate door dash policies regaurding the hot bags and make unreasonable demands of the drivers to allow them to photo their drivers license , use one of their hot bags (which violates personal privacy not to mention is a security issue), they demand that drivers go.inside their establishment which puts both drivers as well as their staff at rick of covid. Along with that if a doordash driver does not have a hot bag ( the hot bags that door dash does provide wont even hold a pizza as they are the size of a walmart eco friendly shopping bag) they will refuse to allow the driver to deli er the order. Which not only take funds away from our families it costs them customers as the customer does not get their order and they as an establishment get wrote up for their treatment of the door dash drivers. Their owner is beyond disrespectful and obnoxious. He has ZERO phone courtesy or consideration for others. Their food may be good however, their customer service skills if it were possible I would give them less than a star. Instead of acting like a horses behind they should appreciate that during a national pandemic door dash and bite squad are keeping their doors open and enabling them to to provide for their families. They need to get a grip on reality and understand while they may very well be a client of soor dash the drivers are NOT their employees and do not answer to them they are 1099 employees who are contracted to deliver their food. Read moreI had an unfortunate experience today where my order wasn’t entered into the system—not once, but twice—by the same employee. I didn’t mention it to anyone, as I’m not someone who typically complains or voices frustration in these situations.
What truly stood out, though, was how the rest of the team handled it. Without me saying a word, the other employees noticed the issue themselves and immediately took it upon themselves to make things right. A few even came out to my car to personally apologize with genuine kindness and sincerity.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but the way this team turned a frustrating situation into a positive one genuinely impressed me. It spoke volumes about the character of the people who work here.
