Started a business selling kids boutique clothing last spring. After getting everything legal a friend told me last minute about Lindsey opening a vendor store and I should sign my stuff up. Was not really prepared for this. I had the inventory but was was never told like how to set up my clothes. The space was smallllll. Which I was aware. After bringing in some racks and getting stuff set up I was notified after a week or two I was not ADA compliant.. shouldnāt she have told me this when I was setting up? NO help on this. I change out racks. Still doesnāt have my sign up. I tried to cancel after the first month and she talked me into staying another month and down sized my space. Her houses did not work for me because I work full time in LR and sheās only open like 10-5 during the week so it was haaaaard for me to get in there to check on things or change inventory. The last month she said if Iād buy the wall wracks they would put them up and itād be more professional and look better. I bought them and brought them in. She NEVER put them up and still has them to this day. I pulled my stuff because it was just not working for me and the communication with her sucked. She was not there when I got my stuff and never even received a call or text from her after either. Could of just been with me though.. canāt speak on the communication between her and the other vendors. NEVER once was pay/rent gone over (like how much was sold.. whatās moving forward to pay nexts month rent.. what she owed me for what was sold.. nothing.. I still have no clue what I made vs rent spent and if Iām owed money. (If I am itās not much so not the end of the world.. I could even maybe owe some toward booth rent but sheās never mentioned anything about that either). I tried to support her business and brought a blanket to be embroidered. I told her I wasnāt in a hurry (like I didnāt need a next day turn around). A month had gone by in between dropping it off and being able to make it back in there and the blanket was NOT done still all because I said I wasnāt in a hurry.. never have I had someone hold an item when saying that. Another month had gone by and this was when I decided to pull my stuff because again no communication and the hours just did not work for me to be able to go in there. The blanket was done by this time I decided to give it as a Christmas present so I never even looked at it. MY FAULT right there. I pull it out close to Christmas to wrap and when I looked at it.. the first and middle name were switched. I sent her a text to let her know thinking it could be fixed.. took her several days to respond and by then I just threw it away.. her reply was ā Oh no! How was it written on the form??ā I replied what it should have said. NO response from her after. No offer to fix it or refund.. nothing! She randomly sends a text on Jan 30th saying sheās emailing a form we HAVE to sign and return for her to send out a 1099.. never heard of this but could a thing.. except I never received this email. I text her early this morning I never received the email and guess what.. no response. Might be a great place to shop what other small businesses sale but Iād secondly think twice about becoming a vendor. If you do.. make sure you are a stay at home mom because thatās what the shop hours are formed for. You are not allowed in on Saturdays to switch your stuff out or anything. Make sure you are on top of what you sell vs your booth money and make sure she pays you and make sure to ask questions and know what you are getting yourself into. Ordered several times for DTF prints. 2-4 days for DTF prints? Ok, but when it's not done on day 4, it delays my process. Paid for rush once, and it still wasn't done on time. Given her multiple chances, making sure it wasn't "just a busy day". Many excuses why it takes 5+ days to make DTF prints. If it's going to be 5-6 days.... don't say 2-4 days. I thought our conversation was very calm and was very surprised to hear she thought I was unkind. I was very kind and professional. I just asked what my options were "not to have to wait until Monday" (5th business day) and she OFFERED to print it, but it would take 1.5 hr and she would put it on the porch and wouldn't you know.... 2.5 hrs later it still wasn't there. She was late on several prints/orders and had to work late to get them out. At the end of the day (literally the end of the day 5pm), I got the prints and had to miss mother's day celebrations because the prints were not ready on time. Or when they say itās going to get mailed it actually being mailed. I would go into more details but honestly you would be reading for a while. Worst customer service Iāve experienced in a long time. They are not friendly when it comes to questions and concerns. And if something is accidentally ordered wrong by golly they are going to take your money anyways.(your loss is their gain) If I could give negative stars I would. Highly do NOT recommend this...
