Fashion Cents $20 or Less Outlet — Local services in Caernarvon Township

I really like that this store is so close to us. It’s nice to have a consignment shop with all brand names that my teens can shop at. However, I’m not really happy that there were several prices on the tags. That really confused me. I was looking at the lowest price thinking that was the final price I pay. Maybe it was just wishful thinking or because my brain was fried by the end of the day, but I didn’t realize that the prices must go down according to date. So the longer the item is there the lower it sells for. So the item I bought for 4.50 would be 2.25 on 10/15! (I thought I paid 2.25 until I got home). Needless to say my total was more than I thought it would be. I’m not really excited about that, I might not have purchased certain items if I knew the price was higher. But they definitely have some decent clothes and I do like bringing my teens to shop brand names at a cheaper price, but I need to wrap my head around the future price drop because everything inside me says to wait a few weeks and the items will be half price!!! Is that just because I have thrifty thought process? Either way, I think I’d prefer the cheaper future prices hidden so they don’t mess...

First, I understand this is a small store so I put that into consideration and understanding, however; I can never find any toddler boy or girl clothing. The clothing they do have are all from Target or Walmart and just aren't cute in my opinion. At one point, their children shoe selection was also very slim but that has improved since I last returned. Major bummer is they no longer take consigner money... I had plenty on my account from Ephrata to cover my bill but was informed I could not use any of it because they no longer do that at this location since August of 23 (in a bit of a rude way). I'll be honest, I have not been thrilled with this store nor the prices of things. I wish they carried more gently used clothing then brand new, out of style clothing. I have been driving a distance to shop at the Morgantown store for some time now. Tara, the store manager, has always gone out of her way to help me find what I’m looking for, making my shopping experience excellent. I had always found great, new clothing at good prices for my three grandchildren - needless to say I bought a lot. I am sorry to say that although today I found Tara’s customer service to be impeccable, as always, I will not travel to the Morgantown store because it has changed drastically.
