This place is very cool! The crepes are delicious and the coffee is also very good. I have tried a a sweet fruit crepe as well as a savory Hope crepe (with Chipotle sauce, bacon, chicken, mushroom). I liked them both! The atmosphere is really cozy, and I like that there are several rooms with different themes. The front room is kind of shabby chic, the other room is artsy Mexican, then there is a larger room with a Paris theme, and two smaller rooms with a Hollywood & Comics theme. The Spanish speaking barista and wait staff here are incredibly friendly in talking my order in Spanglish. I am always grateful when people try to work with you through language barriers with a warm enthusiastic smile. I tried the Mexican mocha latte costing $8 out here in the valley. While the espresso was a bit thin and weak, I did appreciate the effort of the barista put in filling the latte art with cocoa powder. It turned out a beautiful drink nevertheless. I had a very good experience with Hope Cafe and Creperie. I did not know about this place until a friend told me about it. This location seems to be at a large house with many rooms.

The rooms are very well decorated with wallpapers of different themes for each rooms, and furnitures also vary. The atmosphere is smooth and a place where people can hang out and talk comfortably.

As for the food itself, it's very delicious! I don't see any other creperies in the valley, but this place really excels in their selections and quality of the crepes. I would definitely...
