Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Calexico

Food appeared nice 'n' all, but wait time was ridiculously 13-15 minutes for 1 combo (JJ w/cheese, regular fries, & drink). Yes there were other customers there, but this location has no drive thru, so ALL attn should be to walk-in customers. No Excuses :/ Cashier could've had a half-smile while taking orders, to at least appear he was okay with being their to provide great customer service - didn't happen. BTW, fries weren't even close to hot - it wasn't worth my strength, effort, and yet still MORE time to bring it up to management or employees for replacement. SMH x Infinity -...

First let me tell you guys i would come here all the time when i was a little kid with my Grandma. I finally decided to come here after a long time when i was shopping for some clothes. I walked in and the first thing I noticed was the awful smell of the place. It smeled like dirty mop hair. Theeee worst I’ve everrrrr seen! The restroom, I opened the stall, & the mountain of toilet paper on the floor was taller than the toilet!! Absolutely ridiculous! If there was a possibility to give them negative stars, I would sit here all day and press it! I had to walk out! This wasn’t only in one stall either! It was in all 3! I did wait for each one to see if the other would be somewhat suitable for use, but NOOOOOPPPPEEE, it was just as bad as the others. And then the restrooms are right next to the food...
