I shop here all the time because I know exactly where everything is order that I'll find! That's how regular they stay. Everyone fairly friendly, folks are very helpful and nice check out girls seem to be slipping because a lot of the older ladies that have worked there for many many years are no longer working there and the girls that are there have not been trained well as a human resources and recruitment & training Specialist, I feel the front end needs some serious work on need something positive attitude while at work keeping a big smile on your face while you're helping your guest or your customer and making sure that you keep your attention on them at all times not be talking over your shoulder to your friend about a party or giggling together when they come to the register about something unrelated to work they need to be well they need to have a proper trainer give them the rules and regulations so that they know what they can do what they can't do and how they need to be more outgoing and pleasant in available to the public there holding back and making customers feel like they can't ask them a question or tell them you know I need to take something off without them rolling their eyes and saying I have to get a key from so and so and just dragging things along so slowly I work in cashier positions for 25 years and leave me we were made to go fast so I don't understand who's hiring these girls but overall the meat smoker is awesome! I was assisted personally by an extremely helpful lady Manager. She was patient and pleasant. When the item rang up $2 higher (it was actually a Really Cool T-shirt that said, "STRAIGHT OUTTA CALIFORNIA,MO.") because it was an X-Lg, since all of the ones she had shown me were LG. She insisted the cashier honor the price she had read off to me! So unexpected and just like the GOOD OLD FASHIONED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION SOME of us over 45 still remember! So glad to see that they are carrying some organic produce and now they have quite a few choices for keto/paleo/low carb and people who want less processed ingredients in their meal plans. Usually if I bring something home that my husband likes (specific bbq sauce etc) I will ask Troy or Kevin if they carry it and they will check on it for me and even carry for a little while I see how it sells.
