When I went to pick up the computer I was charged a different amount than what the work order had said. The work order said $45 for PC and $65 for MAC. I inquired about the difference and was told the owner is in Afghanistan for contract work and it hasn't been changed but that is what they charge for diagnostic of any computer. It is good business to make sure all of your paperwork matches what you have the customer sign. When the prices are different it leads to more questions of what else isn't being told correctly. It would be different if the wording was their will be a diagnostic fee charge with no price.
