The UPS Store — Local services in Callaway

I have been using the store for years when needed. I don't ship much though but when I do the UPS store is who I go to first. I package all my stuff and bring it in ready to go. It's never not been good enough and it always makes it to its destination fine. Also as much as anything I've used the store for the office services they provide. Specifically their fax operation. I have needed to fax a document from time to time and it's a lot easier to go to the store and use theirs. A lot cheaper considering they aren't big documents I need to fax and it's not very often. I have been using this store for almost a year now. Have had amazing service until today, and yes there is good but when you walk in to purchase a stamp that you called on the day before and confirmed they sold this stamp and asked a price and they even give you the price you think you are going to buy the stamp. Instead I get the gentlemen starting and argument with me because they didn't understand the question from the day before. Ummm it was quit clear and simple, do you sell this stamp, they replied yes, perfect how much is the stamp $10, perfect. So don't be so condescending that only you can posses this stamp and only you can use this stamp for a fee, it wasn't me who could not u derstand a simple question. For that I will take my...

This store used to be the best. In the past I used them for all returns, shipping of items, and as a notary. I was always met with friendly helpful staff. The last couple of months this has gone down hill drastically. When I come in I am met with an attitude without fail. They also insist that I purchase further packaging materials for Amazon returns that say “no box or label needed” and refuse to ship without the purchase. On all three of these occasions I have taken the same returns to the UPS store in Panama City and had no problem completing these returns with no insistence I purchase or change packaging.
