First of all, I would like to point out that the staff & baristas at this Starbucks are some of the nicest Starbucks baristas I have ever encountered. They make great drinks and they are so friendly. This review is not about them, it's about the facility. As soon as you pull around the building into the drive-thru, your met with a wall of stench. It smells horrific, like a combination of rotten milk and dead fish. Every single time, not just one time. My kids in the car are literally gagging and trying not to throw up. From the drive-thru you can see three trash receptacles. These trash receptacles most likely in my estimation belong to the tenants of the building where Starbucks is located. Probably one of the trash bins does belong to Starbucks. The other two probably belong to other businesses. However, all three trash bins are always wide open. This includes the lids, and the gates and front of the bins. It looks terrible. It's really unappetizing to drive by this when I'm waiting for food in a long line. To make matters worse, the trash receptacle in the center has not been cleaned out properly in months. There is trash piled around the trash bin and it's absolutely disgusting. There's even what looks like a toilet sitting there. It's so unappetizing. I cannot believe that someone has not taken care of it. This is a management issue, and a facility issue. Please someone take care of it so I can go order drinks and food for my family without being disgusted everytime I go through...
Read moreMy favorite morning stomping ground In my old Ford truck, I'd whip around Espresso in my every cup The baristas always knew what's up Moved away when my family passed Bid farewell to my home at last Later on some blessings came But I miss this Starbucks, all the same
They never got my coffee wrong Let me make it twice as strong Always a the chillest vibes When I pulled up in my busted ride I loved my mornings by the beach With snacks and coffee within reach And It's crazy too, that to this day Not one other place makes my coffee that way
I still am Loyal to the Starbucks brand And my beach barista's a Star Wars fan They're pretty cool, they're Spirit Clan But this Starbucks is my roots, understand?
So I wrote a little poem To let them know, though I rarely roam Into their store, so far from home Thier peppermint mocha still stands alone Among the greatest caffeine highs That squeezed my heart and blood shot eyes
Now I drive the fastest car But still I'm out so very far Never forget you guys are stars And it's not the same out...
Read moreWent to Starbucks today to grab a coffee and I just want to say I’ve been there several times and I have never met anyone as friendly and outgoing as the beautiful blonde lady who was cleaning today she was cleaning the bathrooms, and I actually bumped into her and she was so friendly and nice. After that while she was cleaning, she spoke to me and my daughter-in-law and just very outgoing and friendly really makes you feel like a regular and want to come back. As someone in the restaurant industry. I would love to have someone like her working at my establishment. I genuinely would come back to Starbucks just to see her and chat with her. She should be doing more than just cleaning the bathrooms. She’s definitely a keeper. I’m sorry that I didn’t get her name but I just wanted you guys to know what an amazing employee you have. Girl at the register got my drink, wrong and everything never complained about it because the blonde I was talking to was so pleasant. I just didn’t even let...
