Firehouse Subs Callaway — Restaurant in Callaway

Every time I have ate at Firehouse Subs in Callaway, the food and service have been excellent. Today, I had to make my order to go because because I live an hour and half away and my husband was not feeling well enough to dine in. You see, he has been battling cancer and has been having daily treatments for 3 months. So he has not had an appetite for a while. But today he wanted a Firehouse Sub but felt like he couldn’t eat it until we get home. So I asked if they could pack everything separately. I am a very un happy customer , my wife went there an order a salad , the core was served in the salad on the very top , I called to let the manager know what had happened , her name starts with a T , I had to ask for the manager twice the person that answered the phone wasn't even understanding to even understand her name. The manager finally gets on the phone and says oh it comes prepackaged . Ok I said it was on the top of the bowl. Basically they seen no fault . This is why fast food people don't earn 15 $ an hr because you don't pay people that don't have the common sense to be a manager that says it comes pre packaged. I'm a Deacon of my church, and our church heard about a Pastor from a sister church passing away. So we wanted to give the family something to eat so we ordered from Firehouse and told them about what time we needed them to have the order ready for pick-up and they were like no problem we will have it ready. So when the time had come I called the location to see if it was ready and the manager told me whenever you want to pick it up it's ready to go so I stepped in to pay for the order.
