I went in the Family Dollar/Dollar General across from the old Edison School. I usually only come here for emergencies. This particular day, there was a young lady at the register, and she was so nice and customer friendly. I watched her with the customers. She was the same with everyone. It was the type of energy that spreads. Her vibe was happy!! When I got to the register, I told her not to change her energy, because it's rare you find happy people these days, especially in customer service. Normally when you go in the store, there is so much unprofessionalism. Boxes all in the aisles. No one says that you cannot have fun at work, but it is a business. Just be aware of your surroundings regarding your customers. We all know it is "the hood" store, but sadly that's an excuse. We want stores that we feel comfortable and proud to shop in without having to drive a country mile to get that. Corporate also needs to fix their stocking issue, because it's clearly an issue at all of their stores. Go ahead and spend the money and hire a midnight crew for stocking so your customers don't have to maneuver around boxes in the day time, which is a safety issue and trip hazard. You should also hire a crew to unload the trucks on delivery day. The day the truck comes doesn't change. This will help to change the cleanliness of the store during the day and require less re-stocking so your employees can be available to your customers improving customer service....

Because if I worked for Family Dollar Corporate Office and walked inside of the store as a secret shopper and saw how screwed up it is the Store manager would be in big trouble! Please fix...
