WLTH Radio — Local services in Calumet Township

I moved here 5 years ago and can’t imagine life without WLTH.

In a world of radio stations owned by conglomerates that play the same 10 songs over and over, WLTH is truly the best radio station I’ve ever heard.

It reminds me of old small town radio I grew up listening to at my grandfathers house. The talk and new shows feel like hanging around with old friends. You fall in love with the personalities (Hey Ms. Natalie and the Breakfast Club crew!!) and then you are constantly amazed by the music they’re playing.

I have heard some songs on here that have changed my life…weird old tracks from the 1970s late at night that just hit perfectly.

Don’t even get me started on the good doctor’s “Brotherhood of the Blues” show on Saturday nights! Wow!

WLTH is the kind of radio magic you’ve read about but never experienced. The people of Gary are lucky to have it. Every time I’m coming home and get within range, I get happy.
