My sister is disabled and only on social security, some one stole her phone, they were no help to stop the service to this person who stole her phone; the thief have a stolen free phone and free access to phone service, shes been a customer for quite awhile and they are not helping a disabled person but helping a con artist we will be dropping the service and going somewhere else.
