Shopped there on Saturday 9/10/16 and had approximately 22 items in my cart. When I was ready to check out nobody was at any of the registers. The light was on at the first register and the lights at all the other registers were off. I went to the first register where the light was on. That has always been the unwritten rule indicating that register is open. I unloaded the entire contents of the cart on the conveyor belt and patiently waited for a cashier. Right after I unloaded the cart, a cashier appears and says: "I can take you on 3" The only problem with that was I had already unloaded my cart at the only register that was supposed to be open. I wasn't going to pick everything back up and put it back in the cart and go to another register. I left everything at the register and walked out of the store. Sorry but you're not going to make a monkey out of me. I hope they had fun putting everything back where it belonged, especially the refrigerated items. On many other occasions when I asked for the key to the restroom, they always tell me it's out of order. Well the restrooms in the Cambridge Dollar Tree have been out of order for a couple of years now. It's quite obvious that they don't want the public using their restrooms so they lie and say they're out of order. The truth is they're just too lazy to clean the restrooms and want them for employees only. There are old people with prostate problems that need to urinate frequently and urgently. Cambridge Dollar Tree makes it hard for us. The new Dollar Tree in Seaford is much nicer and their restrooms are always open so you don't even have to ask for the key. Read moreI felt embarrassed and belittled tonight April 20, 2024 by an employee at this store. She would not wait on me because I had went there too many times today. That's the only thing I could think. I tried to be nice she was rude. Telling me she's going to pray for me tomorrow. I don't need to be embarrassed or belittled by anybody like that ever again. The next time I go in that store and I'm treated like that I'm giving it back. I'm very upset about this and I've decided I'm not going to let this go that easy. You can explain it to corporate why you treated me like that tonight. I'll pray for you because no god-fearing person treats another human being like you did me tonigh.
