Burger King — Restaurant in Cambridge

To be clear this rating deals with their breakfast. I stopped in this morning to try their breakfast for the first time. I love this location for lunch and dinner so I figured why not. I place an order for a Sausge Egg and cheese meal. I pull up to pay for it at the first window. I wait for a few mins as the employees back is to me sending a text. After a while I start shouting "hey..Hey...Hello???...HEY!" She finally turns around we have an awkward laugh and I brush it off and pull up for my food. Grab it and start driving away. I started with the hash browns and they were really good 👍 so I said let's see what this sausage biscuit is about. I pull out a dry skinny slab of chicken in-between a biscuit. I tried a bite because I was already a few miles away. It was so bad I immediately spit it out and busted a U turn. My order listed the SEC meal but for some reason the cashier had changed it to a chicken sandwich meal under it and voided my original order. My disappointment was immense because they usually do me right there. So I wanted to give them another chance. I went back and just requested my order be remade hash browns and sandwich for the inconvenience of having to burn 10 miles of extra gas. They said they can just give me the sandwich. I again asked for the hashbrowns they said they stopped serving them because now it's lunch. So they said they could give me fries but I just felt they were annoyed with me. Even though I'm the one spending money and not having a good time I know it's not their fault that breakfast ends at 11. But this really ruined my breakfast experience and I won't be returning...

this is the third time that this burger king has messed up my order. I normally stop on my way home from work on fridays and pick up something for us for dinner. I live about 20 miles from here and have given you 3 opportunities. So you know the old say "3 strikes and you are out". This past friday I stopped in and ordered meals for me, my son, my husband and my grandson. I get home and sure enough I am missing my grandson's food. I ordered him Chicken fries and french fries, neither one in the bag. I attempted to call them Friday evening 3 times and no one answered the phone. I called Saturday and still no answer. I have tried 3 times today and the phone now rings busy, so it is obvious that the phone works. No more business from me or my famly. As I look at the reviews, it also appears that they don't respond to your review either!! Way to go Burger King!!!!!!! I was on hold for over 5 minutes to corporate, so maybe this is not the only Burger King that sucks. Apparently their corporate office does not set very good examples. ...

I am not sure what it is about Burger King in our area and surrounding areas but they make things so difficult. I tried to use a gift card and was unable to use it and then was bluntly asked "don't you have any cash". Yes I have cash but I wanted to use my gift card. There was no posting anywhere that specified that gift cards are not currently being excepted due to their machines being down. The had no use of their machines for over three weeks. Now I don't even want to go there because of the shrewed attitude they demonstrated. Oh, and don't go to any surrounding areas to use a gift card because they are down there as well. I eventually used the gift card in another state and they we SO much nicer and kind. What a difference.
