Absolutely terrible customer service. Save your money for any of the million other small scale Vermont businesses around. We were in the store for less than a minute before a condescending sales person asked if our coffees - from The Farm Store next door - were âlidded.â They clearly were. A couple seconds later, I was showing an ornament to our son and this same sales person interrupted me to show him ornaments instead? How patronizing. He was nervous and started telling her âno,â and so she retorted to my husband, âhe sure likes THAT word.â 2 stars because the stuff was cute.
