Absolutely terrible customer service. Save your money for any of the million other small scale Vermont businesses around. We were in the store for less than a minute before a condescending sales person asked if our coffees - from The Farm Store next door - were ‘lidded.’ They clearly were. A couple seconds later, I was showing an ornament to our son and this same sales person interrupted me to show him ornaments instead? How patronizing. He was nervous and started telling her “no,” and so she retorted to my husband, “he sure likes THAT word.” 2 stars because the stuff was cute. Live-N-Comfort came to my rescue for Christmas last year! I was looking for a gift for my wife, and since our schedules don’t leave us much time for outings together, I was told about this business. I reached out and had an immediate reply asking about my wife’s preferences for scents, soaps, etc. What ultimately came from this was an outstanding gift basket with all the necessities for a home “spa day,” personally curated for my wife!
