AutoZone Auto Parts — Local services in Camden

I had been to another parts store and was told that no one could help me and that the person working is not a mechanic. Their entire lobby was full of people and the person working the counter was complaining that their entire staff left early for the weekend. I was really upset because I needed part!! So I went to AutoZone in Camden TN. The floor manager looked at my vehicle and right away what parts I needed. Part of them were in stock and part of them were ready for pickup the next morning. There were several people working and all customers were being helped in a timely manner. It was a relief to get professional assistance when I needed it! This was a Friday night and I needed the parts so I could drop the car off Monday morning for the repair to be made. I definitely will go to AutoZone from now on instead of the other parts...

Great and friendly customer service. Knowledgeable as well. They're tool rental program is high priced and although you get it back not everyone can afford a $150 tool rental especially when it's not leaving the parking lot. Tool rental is a great idea for theft protection however maybe the rules can be reevaluated so it fits more budgets and saves customers money in the long run. If the tools were stolen the company would get their money back regardless. Small town, low income, better negotiable rentals with ID, thumb prints, blood sample lol . Overall it's a great place to do...

FINALLY!!!! Autozone in Camden has a New MANAGER that is actually polite and nice to people. Until yesterday I refused to go in this store from previous experiences, they had this little sawed off white little smart mouth leprechaun as a MANAGER, putting it nicely that made every trip a disaster. I had no choice but to enter those gates yesterday...ended up being the most positive experience I have ever had in a parts store! Way to go owners, great change, great new management and he even is knowledge...
