I used this place before not had any issue. So me and my husband going out of town over the weekend so we used them again for our lil 5lb dog. Well today around noon we get back in town so we stopped to pick her up. Friday when I dropped her off I brought her blanket, toy and food. I told them to put in the cage with her so her stay would be somewhat comfortable. Today we go check her out they ask us to come back get her cause she had been trying to attack them so walk back to get her the first thing I noticed is she looks cold she didn't have her blanket or her toy. She only has what looked to be a T shirt in the cage!!! So at this point I'm piss off so I ask the girl did she have her toy and blanket yes she had pee on it . Okay I would like to have them back so she told other girl go get them she comes out with a doggie bed in bag I looked at her they not hers so she goes looks again brings out the bag that I had packed for her with all her things in it her blanket is still in the bag to folded the way I packed it and her toys so that's one lie they told me. The second lie is they told me she was too aggressive trying to attack them bite them but as we're standing in the lobby waiting to speak to someone over our complaint and concerns the front desk working tell us that she had her sitting in her lap while at work. But y'all just told us that she was being too aggressive trying to attack everyone. I’ve never been to a vet that has ever done anything like that. I’ve lived in multiple areas, including Memphis. I’ve never come across a pet that is actually cared to help you not only financially but help you be able to help your animals and because of them I will now be giving avi a new life and hopefully a new home as I already have a dog three kids and two cats. well I went their several times for my dogs dr paschal told me my first dog would cost 10, 000 to 12 ,000 to fix her and we should put her down then she told me my 3 month old puppy would cost me 3,000 dollars to fix her well after I took her recommendations on both dogs to put them down , did so not willing but me and my wife are kinda new well lesson learned , she has officially and will always be labeled as a vet with a cracker jack box liscense, dog killer we found out later that both dogs coulda been saved first one for about 1,000 dollars and the puppy coulda been saved for about 300 dollars thru waverly animal clinic and hospital, warning too all who go here she can give shots and clean teeth great otherwise she can not do anything else she is truly what people here in Benton county tn call a dog killer if you see her eventually she will kill your dog go to waverly animal clinic and hospital already talked to these fine people there and I coulda saved both my pets for a fraction of dr pascall cost so whenever paschall tell you 3000 dollars take a zero away and go to another vet immediately had to give a star she doesn't deserve even 1 star , may even sue her have to talk to someone about her and...
