Litwin Market — Local services in Camden

I'm usually not one to complain and overall my opinion of Litwins is positive. The food is always good and the shelves are always stocked with a variety of products. My only issue is always the quality of customer service. EVERYTIME I am "trying" to place my order I will start to give my order and before I finish they literally sprint off sometimes to start my order without even knowing how I want my order prepared or how many I would like to order. Other times it will be to help another customer which would be understandable if they returned in a reasonable time but it's minutes later before they return. Normally I would think it's just that specific employee but it's every employee. Then they have music blasting in the store which I would never have a problem with because I love music and think it should be played in the store but it's always so loud that you have to yell your order to the cooks who are all already screaming back and forth to each other. The food is always delicious! I’ve been eating here for more than 5 years. My 9 family members also love to eat from here. The cashiers are nice and make sure that we have the utensils/napkins to eat and they make sure everyone doesn’t have to wait so long to pay :) we sometimes order food from here using DoorDash. You always have everything we need. Thank you for always having coffee available for myself & family members that sometimes we need it to wake up in the morning to go to work. I am terribly disappointed with how Litwins has been running as a business lately. Today I had to call 25 times just to place my order. They kept picking up and saying after I said what I wanted to order that they couldn't hear me. I finally placed my order, left work to pick it up and The guy in the back deliberately ignores me and takes another man's order. I had to let him know how rude that was when I was there before him. I asked about my order again and he says, OH someone else picked it up!!! I was highly irritated because I was hungry and left work. I will never return...
