The absolute most unprofessional experience ever. The store manager is nothing less than professional. As oppose to apologizing for the food not being placed in the bag by her staff on Wednesday the 8th of April, the store manager has opted to be nothing more than confrontational and belligerent. I immediately called on Wednesday after realizing that the order received was wrong, and spoke with someone who specifically took my name and said that whenever I came over to just let them know. I stopped past this morning and was advised that there is no record of my order, the manager had an unpleasant disposition at 9 am this morning. The manager advised that she would need to check cameras and receipts because they close the store out every night. The manager asked if I could give her an hour to check things out. I told her that would be fine. I gave her a few hours called back and was presented with nothing more than attitude, the manager was demanding that I come get the sandwich replaced immediately and if not today then I will continue to run into the same problem of not being able to have the sandwich supplied that I paid for and burger king collected funds for. The manager advised that she just wasn't going to be giving her schedule out after knowing that I do not reside in NJ. I further explained to the manager that her attitude was unnecessary and that the principle should have afforded me an apology for not receiving the food that I paid for. The manager continued to raise her voice and take a substandard approach while speaking with me. The manager said that this was the lunch hour and she had already spent 20 to 25 minutes looking for the purchase that she did not see. None of which mattered if she felt that an apology was not due. I also ordered the new fiery chicken sandwich, and I told them no tomatoes. I was given a regular chicken sandwich with everything on it. I already drove off and I didn't think about checking my food because why would I, I have trust in their profession. But when I got home, nothing that was on my receipt was in my bag.
