While shopping for my favorite spices, the owner informed me that this Spice shop is actually a program of Celebrate Differences (which is a non-profit organization committed to creating a place for families of children with disabilities to feel a part of a larger, accepting community). Her passion to give you the freshest of herbs and spice blends, as well as her passion to give those with intellectual disabilities an opportunity to have a voice and a place to work in the community gives this place gives this little shop the perfect atmosphere! This store lives up to its name! They carry herbs and spices including a selection in bulk, teas of all kinds and flavors, herbal tea mixes and single herbs, hot chocolate mixes, dried flavor packets for use in cooking, tea balls and mugs, unique wooden kitchen utensils, a wide array of vinegars, and even popcorn seasonings!

There was way more than that, so I took lots of pictures, including the teas, tea strainer, and the little bag of mace you see below. I had been looking for mace all over the lake and this has been the first place I finally found it!

The prices are very reasonable and the storekeeper was friendly and helpful. I will definitely keep this cute, inviting shop in mind for gift-giving ideas! Great little store right on the square...

I absolutely love the Saigon Cinnamon! The best cinnamon I have ever purchased. You can get a glass jar of it for 6.95. Seems like a lot for cinnamon, but this is worth it. Helps with inflammation, and the scent is so comforting. The owner is fantastic and she helps you with any questions you have for anything in the store. She reminded me that u can keep your empty glass jar and get the packets for the refill a bit cheaper. They have a rewards stars program, and you can put your phone number at the register when u check out. Very easy. Definitely stop by and...
