I have been a frequent flyer of Ozark Cookie Company since they opened. They are my go-to place anytime I need to send a Thank You Gift, Teacher Gift or any type of gift - they have adorable packaging also! My kids LOVE when they see the brown bag in my hand, because they know it means I have "the goods!" I like to think of my kids as cookie connoisseurs - they've had cookies from Crumbl on a weekly basis for 2 months straight, any type of cookie at the grocery store, bakery, etc. and Ozark Cookie is their favorite! My middle daughter actually requested cookie trays for her entire grade because she loves the cookies so much. My ABSOLUTLE FAVORITE cookie flavor is the Oatmeal Raisin Cinnamon Bun - literally the best cookie in the world. My toddler loves the Birthday Cake cookie - she tears opening the packaging on her own and digs right in. My middle daughter loves the simple Chocolate Chop cookie. Quite literally the best small town bakery/cookie shoppe. When you walk in you are met with the most amazing aroma. With an upscale, yet quant and cozy feel of what a hometown bakery should feel like. Walking up to the counter, the flavor of cookies are posted on a beautiful menu along with a vast display of cookies along the shelf. Each cookie is packaged in its own easy to open wrapper with an adorable sticker placed on the front with the name Ozark Cookie Company and the flavor of cookie. One could always use scissors if needed, however most likely wouldn't be necessary as they open so easily my 3 year old can do it. You will be welcomed by a husband/wife team of the kindest pastry chefs imaginable, with a smile plastered on their faces. You can tell these 2, (Allison and Tim), absolutely love what they do. They seem very happy to serve and even more happy to hear stories of how you enjoy their cookies as well as stories you have from others who have tried them. Finally got a chance to try this place after hearing all of the rave reviews. It’s in a great location right off the “square” in Camdenton with plenty of parking. You could definitely miss this place if you’re not looking but Google maps took me right to it. Upon walking in I was not only greeted by an employee but by the sweetest smell I’ve ever encountered. The selection is like no other cookie place you’ll ever go to. They still have the basics (chocolate chip, etc) but they offer soooo much more. I love that they switch up their specialty flavors daily/weekly to offer a variety. I bought the Cookies n’ Cream, Chocolate Chip, and the German Chocolate cookies. Out of this world.
