Ozarkland General Store — Local services in Camdenton

The Red Barn is a landmark for the Lake of the Ozark's. This place is enormous and offers everything imaginable for tourist that's for sure. They have really good handmade chocolates, great customer service, and a ton of "Lake of the Ozark's" outerwear that is great to have as a reminder of your time at the lake once you return back home. They offer souvenir's of every kind for those who travel or want a keepsake of their time here, and it's really a great place to go while you're visiting on a rainy day, or for the local's at any time as a Show-Me-State reminder of the amazing place down here that brings in millions of visitors from all over each summer. This is a really cool place to stop for souvenirs and treats while in Camdenton. My only complaint is they struggled with customer service pretty bad when we were there. I was more than double charged, and when they went to refund me they wound up charging me again instead, so they had to process twice the refund then charge the actual amount. Mistakes happen, which is fine, but the person who was taking care of this didn't seem to care that we had to wait over half an hour for them to figure it out, and never even apologized. Horrible treatment of employees by the management staff. Came in today to look at some souvenirs and get some ice cream and the hateful old ladies running the schtick were yelling at an employee for not being fast enough when she's doing the best she can. A massive line and they aren't contributing or helping in any way, just standing around like a bunch of old lemons. Horrible management. I feel bad for the employees that work there if this is how they are treated constantly....
