Tashia was just fabulous cutting my 4yr old son's hair! She is so sweet, kind, patient and even played with my son while he got his haircut (talk about impressive multitasking skills)! My son hasn't gotten a hair cut in 1.5 yrs because of a accident where he was cut behind his ears. (This was at our last home in North Dakota). The accident left him scared to get his hair cut (and we've tried several times to do so.) Thanks so some wonderful suggestions via the local community page on Facebook; I felt confident that Tashia was perfect for my son. Before we went she gave me some wonderful suggestions to help my son be more calm about getting his haircut. The day we went, she got down to his level and introduced herself to him and asked him a few questions to get to know him better. She explained every step she was about to make to him and asked if he was comfortable with that before continuing on. She even played with him while getting his haircut and let him help out in the process. My son loved the experience and loves his new haircut! I love this place more and more every day. I‘ve been going here since before they moved to this location and I couldn’t be happier with this location, the staff, and the facility. The owner takes pride in this place. My hairdresser is Heather Plewa and I highly recommend her. I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the girls here but she’s definitely my fav. No matter what I ask her to do, she’ll do. I brought my mom in here when she was diagnosed with Cancer and Heather helped my mom get a look that would be manageable until her hair loss would start during chemo. When Heather finished my moms hair, my mom smiled for the first time since being diagnosed. She loved her new look. I’ve brought all four of my kids in here and no matter how antsy or annoyed my kids are, Heather accomplishes even the craziest requests that I throw her way. I love that the staff here engages with my kids. They don’t act like my kids are a burden. This is such a huge deal to me because my kids are everywhere with me. Disappointed with My Experience

booked with Jennifer o’connell I went in for blonde highlights but ended up with orange tones instead. The hairdresser attempted to fix it by covering it with brown and giving me a balayage—something I didn’t ask for. She assured me she would correct it, but after a few replies, I never heard back. I expected better communication and accountability, especially when something goes wrong. Now I have a color I didn’t want and no follow-up as promised.
