There are not enough characters to detail the level of customer satisfaction I have with this business. I had an Adcom 7500, where only 4 out of 5 channels were working. I had searched all over and was given a timeline of where I'd be without my amp for 3-4 weeks. This was just for review and assessment, not even repair. I came across this company and called 10 minutes before closing and Mr. Mike stayed on the phone with me for 30 minutes after closing. All of my questions were answered and even those I didn't know I'd have were answered. We set up an appointment and the respect I got over the phone was the same as I got in person. I was searching for a technician to troubleshoot and repair some headset microphones for my church a few weeks ago. Although he said those kinds of microphones were not his typical job, Mike agreed to take a look and do what he could. He was the only repair shop that I contacted to actually offer to do a repair - every other place either gave me a stock answer ("reach out to the manufacturer") or said they could not help.
