I walked in well before closing time (walk-ins supposedly welcome) and there was only one person who was getting their service finished up. I had a nail emergency where my real nail was ripping off. I was told very rudely that there would be no time for me. I even offered to let it sit in solution and soak off and to just fix the one nail but the staff was still extremely rude to me and told me there were more customers even though there was no one else in the salon. I even offered not needing my nails painted to help with time. Even after she asked to see the nail and I told her how much pain I was in she was extremely rude and got an attitude with me when I offered time-saving options. Any other salon I’ve ever been in would’ve taken time to fix that. I will never ever be back...

i decided to come here after looking at all of their amazing review photos, i wanted a simple gel manicure with some simple nail art, and they got me in super quickly! staff was friendly, but while filing off my old acrylics they kept making fun of my last nail tech for how thick she made my nails. she talked about how my last nail tech didn’t know how to do her job even though my nails came out super cute! given that she was talking this way i was confident that she knew what she was doing, but after seeing the outcome of my nails, my opinion has been changed, she rushed the nail art and only put one coat of green even though you could clearly see the red underneath it. i ended up paying $46 plus a $10 tip but i’ve unfortunately learned my lesson and...

So my daughters and their friends spent almost 4 hours in here. There are not have enough qualified people obviously to run an efficient business. I was very disappointed with the attitude of the tattooed girl who seems to have a mouth and doesn’t need to work with public if this is the best she can do. If people were not overbooked and more organized maybe things would go better ladies! I guess living in Nashville we are use to a bit more professionalism and work ethic. Also the nail polishes are not good quality... they are thinner and not the quality that companies listed on the bottles usually produce. Very...
