Absolutely the worst Pizza hut ever!!! I have been ordering from them for years now with months between orders to see if anything has changed. Everything they make is ruined in someway or another and delivered cold. Oh and did I mention they over charge and then try telling you that your in the wrong. They last and very last time we ordered our food was delivered cold, burnt, with barley any cheese and over charged! We called three times and were put on hold and finally the manager answer and was extremely and I mean extremely rude!!! We ask for our order to be replaced which he agreed, but said it would take and hour for it to arrive. Mind you we literally live 3 minutes down the road. so we went to pick it up and was greeted by the extremely rude night time manager that refused to refund the over charge. So I started losing my patience and said I don't want the food here take it all back and please return my money and my $9.27 tip(driver had no change) so after an argument he gave in and said "take your f-ing money!!! And never f-ing order threw us again" shoved the money(without the tip) in my hand and slammed the window shut!!! Now what in the actual fk!! I'm getting mad just thinking about this situation again. How has this issue not been resolved and I know we're are not the only people that this has happened to. I' have called corporate for this and everyone else should too!!! Read moreI'm assuming Noone fixed the RUDE management. I ordered online and my pizza melt was in the checkout. And so my order was 59.69 and when it came the delivery girl..awesome..but when I called the store and Said my melt was missing and I couldn't understand why it was not showing on her end. She was rude and says it's not on there and if you want you can come to the store and pick it up. Lol. I ordered delivery and not my fault the app online somehow just took it upon itself to take it out the checkout bag. Either way because of SAM. I will no longer be eating at your store. Thanks .i work with disability and to have someone tell you what you ordered.yes the app messed up.she could have been like maybe something happened. Ask if i would like another delivery for it and took my order since it got messed up somehow..idk. some courtesy about it but she had NONE. Never AGAIN!!! Don't need a seizure over your stores management attitude!!! To fix an issue with some common courtesy should be a number one issue for you to solve...

From start to finish, it was a disappointment.First and foremost, the service was sluggish and inattentive. The lady working had a nasty attitude. It took an eternity just to get our order. However, what arrived was a soggy, greasy mess. I asked for light cheese and got heavy. The crust was overcooked on the edges and undercooked in the center, making it almost inedible. The toppings were sparse, and it seemed like they were trying to cut corners to save ingredients. To top it all off, the prices at Pizza Hut are not in line with the quality of food and service they provide. I've had better pizza at smaller, local pizzerias for a fraction of the cost.Overall, my visit to Pizza Hut was a letdown. I won't be returning anytime soon, and I would advise others to think twice before ordering here. There are plenty of other pizza places in town that offer better quality, service, and value...
