Let’s start off with I am a man that believe it or not waited til the last minute to purchase flowers for my bride for Valentines Day. I visited All Canton Floral and was met with great service and purchased flowers to be delivered to my wife’s work that day. I even called after lunch to confirm they had been delivered and was assured they were in the truck to be delivered shortly. When arriving at home that evening my wife never mentioned flowers so I asked if she had gotten them and she replied she had not. I asked her to check the following morning to make sure they weren’t delivered to a different part of the building and just hadn’t been taken to her. She did check and they were nowhere to be found. I called the flower shop and asked about it and the same lady that helped me the day before said she would check and call me back which she did within minutes. She said they were still sitting there and apologized for the mistake and offered to deliver immediately and she would add a teddy bear and some chocolates to the order. I appreciated the gesture but explained I felt they wouldn’t have the same meaning the day after Valentines and requested a refund which she gladly did. Upon arrival from work my wife showed me the same flowers plus a teddy bear and chocolates that were delivered to her today. She loved it! I appreciate the fact that a mistake was made, they owned and accepted accountability and made it right by the refund but went above and beyond with the delivery. It’s not necessarily that you made the mistake as much as it is how you handle the mistake you made. This shop went above and beyond and for that reason I will be a returning customer and suggest you use them when needed as well. Thank you All...
Read moreI ordered a plant for a memorial service and it did not get delivered, I was not notified of any problem and assumed it got delivered. I found out later that it was never received, when calling All Canton Floral the lady said they didn’t sell that plant and that I would be refunded, I asked her why I was not notified and she said I would get a refund. I asked her but shouldn’t I have been notified so that I can make other arrangements and she said no that I would be refunded, no apology that was it. I guess this is normal...
