We meet this place at an event inside the Dallas Arboretum. Nice variety of flavors with the honey, and they also had honey infused jams. I would have loved to have tried the jams, but currently have a lot. We got 2 different honey, the Wildflower Honey and the Coffee Infused Honey. Would be nice to see a hot honey, jalapeño, habanero, something. They had great customer service and it was nice to hear their history in the honey business. We tried both honey as soon as we got home, on bread and on chicken thighs. This is by far our favorite local honey that we have purchased. Read moreI stopped there on a whim whilst traveling. I was greeted warmly and all my questions were answered kindly. The raw honey I purchased is absolutely amazing! It was unlike any honey I have tasted. I truly wish I would have purchased more. I also tried a sample flight of the awesome meads (honey wine) that they carried. The bees feed on watermelon and the resulting honey is the best I’ve ever had. Today we also got some wildflower honey and jellies.
