My friends and I went to have an additional nameplate added to our trophy and they messed up the spelling on the nameplate, even though the correct spelling was written down and provided to them as a way to assure that it came out correct.

This shouldn't have been such a big deal; all they would have to do is fix their mistake you'd think, right? That was unfortunately not the case. They refused to fix their error; on top of that accusing us of lying about spelling it correctly while conveniently not able to locate what we had written down.

Unless you want to have your important memories misspelled and called a liar, I would avoid this establishment.

Thomas is great to work with. I've worked with him on 2 occasions with two different types of plaques that I was going to present one was all crystal. One was wood with a metal a black metal with gold in it so different in both were absolutely amazingly done! And receives by the people I gave them to great admiration...

This place is awesome. I bought some trophies from here a few years ago. Now I come here to engrave my fantasy football trophies every year. The owner is very friendly and always wished me good luck. I haven't won yet, but everyone loves...
