Honey Dew Donuts — Restaurant in Canton

I cannot imagine a worse drive-thru experience. I placed my order and did not receive a total even though I waited for it all I could hear was laughter in the background. So I asked are we good? And a young man's voice responded The latte and the sandwich? I said yes, okay says he . So I pull around the building and wait behind one car who is amicably chatting with the girl at the window. I waited 10 minutes. I saw someone inside Place another coffee cup near the window which I hoped/assumed was my latte. Yet I continued to wait because the car in front of me had apparently ordered enough for a small army battalion. the car behind me was gesturing at me in confusion as well. He tried to pull around me but there was no room for him to even leave. We were both stuck at the mercy of the car in front of us. The driver and the girl at the window continue to have quite the conversation. The car in front of me eventually got their order, 2 small bags and one drink. We waited 15 minutes for that? The girl asked me what my order was for and I told her and she looked very confused. She went to hand me the coffee and said oh no that's just a regular coffee" so then I explained that I had ordered a latte. And a breakfast sandwich. Which apparently had not even been started yet so I told her to cancel the breakfast sandwich and just give me my latte. I really didn't want to wait any longer. So then she charges me for a regular coffee and I explained again that I had ordered a latte. $4.96. so I'm expecting $15.04 in return. She's looking extremely perplexed at the cash register. She opens the window and gives me back $8 and change and I asked her if she charged me for the croissant which I no longer want. And she proceeds to tell me that it's ready so she has to charge me for it. Twitch my responses is only ready because you've made me wait for it and I asked you to cancel that order. So at this point I just take the sandwich which she now thrusts at me after giving me my change. And she offers to give me the coffee that is also by the window and I let her know that she already gave me the latte. Again she seemed extraordinarily confused and other people were hovering around the window in confusion as well. At this point I have no idea what's going on I just take my stuff and leave as I have now been in a Drive-Thru window for more than 20 minutes.

I finally pull into my destination I take one sip of the latte and realize it is basically only a coffee and not the way I had ordered it at all. But I was hungry so I took a bite of the croissant sandwich and it was the most stale and yet also slimy breakfast sandwich I have ever been served.

I stoped hear to use the bathroom on way home from RI the only complaint is the bathrooms could have been cleaner they were a solid 7 but could have been a 9 I got a water funny is was sparkling water idk why but it was great oh parking is regular 4 spots up front I parked in on the small yet nice lot the girls were quieter then most shops but because resons were cool. I’d like like to give a 5 star but bathroom could have used 10 extra minutes of cleaning and I might have heads up girls but service was...

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! Their manager Alicia is absolutely unprofessional to her employees and customers, from my PERSONAL EXPERIENCE! The morning staff is rude! They get your order wrong and refuse to remake your order. Looks to me as they have minors working by themselves on my quick stops in after work(the very few times I’ve gone). Something has to be done with this coffee shop before it is run to the ground! HIGHLY ILLEGAL! With how this...
