Let me start by saying that the support people on the phone are nice, and try to be as helpful as they can. The rep from Flash furniture who handled the returns and replacements was nice and responsive, too.
But yet - SO MANY things went wrong that I might honestly have lost count. I started by requesting assistance from one of their agent to place a large order, with freight delivery. Took at least 3 follow ups to get the quotes. I emailed him when I was ready to place the order, and never heard back. Followed up twice. Crickets.
I then placed a bunch of smaller orders on their website myself. Among those orders: Some were packaged so terribly that 1 piece got broken, and 1 got so damaged it was unusable. Many were scratched, but at this stage I did not have the time nor the energy to fight them about scratches. 5 pieces were missing from a 32-pieces shipment. They were just nowhere to be found. I opened a ticket using their online form, ended up stuck with the same agent (that’s my luck!), so I had to follow up many times again to get replacements. They are not able to expedite shipping even if they messed up, so it took 3+ weeks to finally get those pieces. THREE. WEEKS. You betta not be in a hurry! 1 box got delivered to the wrong address. I would have loved to blame Fedex for that, but look at the shipping label! 1 box got sent back to their warehouse, unsure why, they could not tell. Again, they can’t expedite shipment, so you’re basically stuck with whatever Fedex can do, and whenever the warehouse has time to prep it back.

   Read moreTHIS COMPANY IS STUPENDOUS!! On April 22, 2020 I ordered a 42” Square Table Top with Natural or Walnut Reversible Laminate Top. I was so excited to find exactly what I was looking for and relatively inexpensive even with shipping. My table top shipped out very quickly via Fed Ex and I received it on time. When it arrived the box was damaged and I worried if there was enough puffy packaging protecting the table in the thin cardboard box. There was not. HOWEVER, I called customer service and my call was immediately answered by a kind woman named Tracey S (surprising during this pandemic) and I explained how my table top arrived with damage in multiple places. Tracey asked me to send photos to an email she provided and my case would be sent to their internal case review unit. Normally I’d roll my eyes and figure there goes that but something about Tracey’s kind voice led me to believe this would all work out. I WAS RIGHT! The very next morning I received confirmation that a NEW table would be sent to me and that I could just discard or dispose of the damaged table as I saw fit. WOW! No cumbersome returns of an unwieldy item as well as no return shipping costs. I was provided with the new Fed Ex shipping number and the new table arrived two days later in PERFECT condition.    Read moreThese folks are very customer focused. They work very hard to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. We purchased 100 chairs for our church Fellowship Hall. When the shipment arrived, a significant number of the chairs were damaged. We contacted customer service, provided the necessary documentation with photos, etc.. Without any hesitancy, new replacements were shipped but, several chairs in that shipment arrived damaged as well. To date, we have received 2 shipments of replacement chairs with some damage in each of the shipments. We are waiting on one more shipment of replacements. We are not packaging experts, but it looks to us that, if the chairs had been better packaged to withstand the rigors of motor freight handling, etc., the chairs would have arrived with minimal, or no damage. Hopefully, this last shipment will be damage free. All that said, because of their excellent customer service, should we need chairs again, we would certainly contact Church...
