How can I rate it as less than one star? The customer service has been sub par to say the least. I have ordered two chairs to be sent to Pennsylvania. I needed them by Christmas. My billing address is in New York. The chairs were on the way to PA, then for unknown reason my shipping address was changed to my billing address and the chairs were redirected to NY. I have called the company's customer services half a dozen times asking to stop the delivery to NY and redirect it back to PA. Each customer service rep would say that they are creating a new "case" and in contact with FedEx to get this resolved and fixed. They promised that they would keep me informed on the progress and follow up like the next business day. That pretty much never happened. I could not change the address at Fedex, because the sender had to do it. I was on the phone with both the company's rep and Fedex several times and both parties were telling me that they were doing everything they could to fix this. After 2.5 weeks the chairs were still delivered to my billing address in NY. I need them in PA. It is a 4 hour drive for me now. I don't know how to get them to PA now. Not the same color as shown in picture and unhelpful customer service. I ordered 4 chairs (Advantage X-Back Chair - Medium White Grain) the first week of October. The chairs were backordered until November and I wasn't notified of the backorder until I emailed customer service asking for a status on my order. Once back in stock the chairs did ship and deliver quickly; however, the color was completely different than the color in the picture. I sent a picture to customer service asking for an exchange of color because I did love the chair itself, the color just did not match our table. I was told they do not exchange but only do returns and I would have to pay for shipping and a restocking fee of 35%. I would spend more on shipping the chairs back and restocking them than I spent on the actual chairs and who knows what color I would receive next time. I advised the customer service to update the picture on their website. Maybe a white or black chair would be a safe purchase but do not expect the wood colored ones to be as pictured. I looked at several other companies and they all had between a 3-5 business day handling time, so I specifically ordered from this company because of their advertised 1 day handling time. I would have liked to have gotten an email with the tracking info to let me know when my order had shipped, because that's exactly what the email order confirmation said when I received it on Tuesday, but I never got a shipping notification email. Yes, I checked my junk folder just to be sure. When I click on the "track my order" button on your order confirmation email, the track button/link doesn't work. When I go to your website and check my order status, it still shows processing, so you might want to update those 2 systems that are not working properly.
