FedEx really screwed up this delivery!
After 5 days of waiting for delivery the shipment arrived in a much damaged state.
Someone at FedEx took it upon themselves to attempt to repair the box by applying about 12 yards of transparent mailing tape.
Do not know if you can adequately see it in the pictures.
The corners, top, and bottom of the box were heavily battered as if a fork lift had rammed them or it had been dropped onto concrete from high up.
In addition FedEx's delivery website said that after being picked up, the chairs spent 4 days being transported about Kent, Washington. Then for part of 1 day their computers lost track of it entirely and displayed a message that the shipment status was unknown.
Only after I complained to the seller were the chairs magically delivered.
The chairs ended up being relatively ok with only a couple of very minor scratches....

I had to answer a bunch of questions and send pictures of the damages. After a few days I got an email from the “Damage Department” stating they needed more pictures. I sent more photos and followed up with an email asking if they were received. No response!! I called again and the lady said my claim was closed because I did not respond??? Started a new claim. Sent pictures again and they offered me 15% refund. Eventually after a few more emails and another phone call they went up to 30% which is pitiful as we paid over $47 a piece! Plus $60 shipping! If I could put no stars I would! Never did they offer to replace damaged tables!! Stay away from folding...

My rep gave me a fake tracking number. So after the trk number showed invalid I contacted shipping company and they showed no such order. But the txt I got from folding chairs stated already shipped. Even foldchair support finally called me 2 days later and didn't know and promised to call me back. Which they still haven't. Worst service worst support. Worst experience.
