This is the place I mainly shop, every time I go in there the produce area there is either old and brown lettuce or they just don't have it. Two weeks ago when I was shopping there, they forgot to put a bag into my cart after I paid for it, but with my latest shopping trip they replace the items. They also replaced my moldy cheese that had an expiration date of February and we were in early January. One of the items they forgot in my bag was Lay's Ranch dip. I picked up a new one to replace it, but the only problem was it was expired. Seriously when I went through your store the other day, I saw shredded lettuce all brown, none of it was good. Should say your produce section is a joke, you need to fire the manager that works it. Either you guys are out of stuff or it's all bad. On top of that you can't keep Budweiser in stock or have registers open, this is the third time I have had to bag for myself. I should get a discount for bagging for myself.

While it's sometimes, somewhat clean, the prices listed on the shelf almost never match the check-out. CHECK YOUR RECIPTS! Record the prices at the shelf and look at your receipt and you'll see how much you're getting ripped off. Thankfully this morning was small, I'd hate for this to happen to a family for a weeks worth of grocery's .

I want to thank the Kroger bakery for making a beautiful cake for my daughter's Confirmation day. I not only received compliments on how pretty it looked but it was so delicious too. Most of our guests asked for a second slice. Thank you for making her day so special!

Kroger has consistently been my go-to grocery store, and for good reason! Every visit is a pleasant experience, from the well-stocked aisles to the friendly and helpful staff. The store is always clean, organized, and easy to navigate, making grocery shopping quick and efficient.

One of the things I appreciate most about Kroger is the variety of products they offer. Whether I'm looking for fresh produce, high-quality meats, organic options, or household essentials, I can always find exactly what I need. Their produce section is impressive, with fresh, vibrant fruits and vegetables that are well-maintained and regularly restocked. The meat and seafood department is also top-notch, offering a great selection of fresh cuts at competitive prices.

The Kroger brand products are another highlight of shopping here. They offer high-quality alternatives to name-brand items at a more affordable price, and I’ve rarely been disappointed with any of their store-brand products. Their Simple Truth organic line is a fantastic option for those who prefer healthier, natural choices without breaking the bank.

Kroger’s customer service is exceptional. The employees are always willing to help, whether it’s assisting with finding an item, answering a question, or quickly opening another register to shorten the checkout lines. The cashiers are friendly and efficient, and I love that they always offer to help bag my groceries.

The Kroger rewards program is also a huge perk! With my Kroger Plus Card, I can save on groceries every time I shop, earn fuel points for discounts at the pump, and get access to special digital coupons and deals. Their weekly sales and promotions make it even more affordable to stock up on essentials.

Another great feature is their online shopping and pickup service. It’s incredibly convenient to place an order online, select a pickup time, and have everything loaded right into my car by their courteous employees. It saves me so much time, and I love that they carefully select fresh, high-quality items for me.

Overall, Kroger is a fantastic grocery store that truly values its customers. With great prices, excellent customer service, a wide variety of products, and convenient shopping options, it’s no wonder I keep coming back. I highly recommend Kroger to anyone looking for a reliable, well-stocked, and customer-focused...

I typically don't shop at Kroger because of of their pricing. Sometimes you can find good deals, but as a general rule you're going to pay more for groceries than you would at a place like Walmart or WinCo. I have attempted to play the coupon game, but I rarely find my typical items on sale and when I do there is usually some stipulation that requires me to make additional purchases in order to be eligible for the discount - which costs more in the end anyway. I also dislike that they still insist on using a customer rewards card type program. Other companies have figured out how to pass on savings without requiring an extra card and a bunch of personal information, I wish all companies would get on board with that. I suppose Kroger still does it to justify giving you a few extra cents off gas, but ultimately it doesn't seem worth it.

Despite my general feelings on Kroger prices and business practices, I will say that this particular location has great staff, which is why I give it 4 stars. They are not only helpful, but also extremely friendly. Even the younger high school age kids seem to be happy to work there. I can't recall being at any job when I was their age. Additionally, everyone there will drop whatever they're doing to help you find something. This store has a 5/5 customer service rating in my opinion and whoever manages this location should be proud.

Lastly I should note that it is a very convenient location. If you live in this area you'll know that the nearest Walmart or Costco is 25-35 minutes away and they only other grocery store close by is a Publix, which is even more expensive. For now this will remain the location I choose to go to in order to restock small items or keep up on my fresh fruit/vegetables (Kroger always has very good fresh produce selections). I expect as the area grows and competitors start to move in, this location will be frequented less. Until then I'll continue to shop here and enjoy their...

Have shoppped here 7 years because it is the closest to me, NOT because I like it. I dread going here. Store stinks when you enter. Lighting is dim and depressing. Aisles are crowded with displays and bins. Always find several produce items with no price and often it is an outrageously priced item discovered at the register (e.g. 4.99/lb apples). Floor appears dirty - some is actual dirt and unswept debris, some is the ugly stained cement. Contrast with the Hickory Flat Kroger - spacious and well lit with better selections in deli and bakery. This deli is very lacking in fresh items, mostly pre-containerized potato salad etc. Just a dreary shopping experience all the way around. Management has been accommodating and polite when pricing issues have come up which is way more often than I'd expect (overrings, wrong produce code entered, sales don't ring right). If lighting were improved and excess bins and racks crowding aisles removed, it would be 80% better. Despite good prices and gas points, I try to go to Publix almost 4 miles away instead because it is so much cleaner, brighter, and well organized. I have spoken to management twice over the years in a pleasant positive feedback way; despite management changes, the store ticks along at the same...
