Newyork Pizza Macedonia LLC — Restaurant in Georgia

My family gets delivery so much we made friends with our delivery guy. He does magic for us and is amazing. I will not be ordering here again. I made an order online and somehow it switched To pick up instead of delivery. I called in mediately to let them know of the mistake and that I needed it delivered. They said OK we’ve got it changed in the system and it will be delivery. Well after an hour at 7:45 I called to find out where my pizza was after placing it at 6:30 and the girl was extremely rude who answered the phone and I thought to myself she hates her job as she huffed off to find my pizza she then came back and said that the delivery man had left two minutes ago. I thought to myself he hasn’t left my food has been sitting there this whole time because somebody did it change it to delivery. So when I got the pizza it was rockhard as if it had been sitting out for an hour and I called to tell them how terrible it was an ask them if they forgot and left my pizza sitting there. The man answered is someone I have heard his voice before I think he is the manager but bottom line is after me telling him he continued to tell me that the delivery times were long and that’s why my pizza was cold and hard I said no that’s not correct I called at 7 and spoke with you and it was still there. If you knew it was delivery then you account for your long times and wait to cook the pizza. I was not upset about how long it took but I paid $60 for cold, dry, hard pizza. Anyway he offered to make again but it’s now 8 and I don’t want to wait. He should have apologized first and then given me my money back or offer a credit for next time. Instead he had an attitude and when I said I will go back to Brooklyn joes he said ok. This is not how you handle a pizza business when they are everywhere out here. Someone who’s tired of bad food and don't care attitudes from places I spend money on food! It’s really sad that no one cares about their customers anymore. Or providing food worth the hard earned money I pay for it. I am not accepting bad service or poor...

Gonna have to go two stars for now the food was great the other night, so we decided to get a menu with the phone number and hours on it because we were definitely going to frequent this place.....

Fast forward to Saturday night I tell the wife about this great new place, she is on board! It's 9:15 pm I call the number ans get an answering machine saying "if you get this message we are closed or in the weeds" Whatever in the weeds means?

So it's not far I'll just run on over there.... At 9:30 pm I am met with a dark restaurant a locked door and a sign that says 10:00 am till 10:00 pm.....

No note about having to close early for an emergency or equipment failure or we ran out of food! Nothing at all except what you can see in my photo (note the time on my phone verses the time on the door) another restaurant with that same name like the one that was in the Publix shopping center, I'm guessing the service is gonna be the same as that one (if you want to read my review on it, it's not very good at all) I just don't get it?

So something came up, that's life. But why can't you even leave a note or was it slow and Yall said screw it let's go home? Well change your hours to we just close whenever we feel like it because we don't care enough about the community enough to do as advertised!

I hate to leave a bad review like this because the food seems pretty good and the price ain't too bad. But here are...

Ok growing up in New York City and living in updated New York. I can tell you that this is not the taste of New York style pizza. This is not it. The cheese pizza doesn't not has the sauce taste and the dough is a missed. The cheese you can't mess that up. Also, the garlic knots are not a New York style or flavor. Hit pass and save the disappointment. The wings are not deep fry either. They are bake and you can taste it in the meat. Who eats bake buffalo wings? Definitely not New York People I can tell you that much. You probably get smack in the face if their order was as bad as minds. I would of done it myself but I'm trying to change my ways and live in peace in georgia. Been there done that. Bottom line your better off going to Marco's Pizza or Johnny's Pizza. These two are not great but far better than I love New York Pizza. I pay $42.00 for this order and it won't happen again. Sorry guys you just don't got it. Sad thing is I drove 15 miles on diesel fuel just to be disappointed and out $42.00. Live and learn. Wish you the best with...
